I am RENTING out my first investment property.Tips for FIST TIME LANDLORDING?
Im pretty nervous….I have a two bedroom home that I am renting out within 2 weeks…or at least until I find the appropriate renters. I have narrowed the add down to specific requirements to halfway screen calls such as a full deposit of $795 plus that amount for the first months rent, along with “On approval of credit”…..I will verify their employment, along with the rental they are currently leaving…(I know how to tell which “previous landlord” are phony)
So besides these things listed…Do you have any advice for a first time Landlord??? ANY advice will do………the more the better.
